Rons Place Software is committed to protecting your privacy. We will only collect your personal information for defined purposes. We do not distribute or share your personal information beyond what is strictly necessary to fulfill our obligations to you. Rons Place Software will not sell your personal information in any manner whatsoever.
What information do we collect? What do we use it for?
Our orders are handled securely and separately by PayPal. We do not store any financial data from PayPal. Any other financial data we may get through orders placed through other payment methods (account number for a bank transfer for example) is strictly kept as confidential and never distributed nor shared. We do keep full name, e-mail address and mailing address that are used to complete the transaction in order to help us provide better support and services to you. For example it allows us to keep track of the service or support communications history and so that we can provide an excellent service to our customers.
Communication
We do not engage in any SPAM messages. Any e-mail message you receive from us will be with regards to your purchase and/or technical support.
An occasional Newsletter might be sent giving some updates or tips concerning the product(s) you bought, about our company or containing any other information that might be valuable to you.
The choice will always be given to "opt-out" of receiving our communications by following the instructions included in each message or by e-mailing the company at support@ronsplace.ca.
About Cookies
